The Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) is
a non-profit State trade association representing
the interests of more than 600 members to the
Texas Legislature and the Texas Department
of Insurance. They wanted to upgrade the TLTA
website to improve the user-experience of their
partners, customers, and members, and so that
the TLTA staff could easily update the site's
content.
We developed a website that emphasized easy
navigation and effortless information retrieval
so that visitors have single click access to
over a 1000 pages of vital information and
internal publications. To replace the printed
TLTA membership directory OnSite designed and
implemented a database driven content manager
to hold, manage and present the information
through an easy to navigate interface. Members
no longer have to wait for the new publication
to be printed. They can perform secure online
searches of the membership database to immediately
access the most current information. To enable
TLTA to manage web content themselves, OnSite
created a secure administration system for
the site. Now they can instantly update the
site and their online membership directory
from any of their computers, while keeping
the data protected. Costs and turnaround time
for content updates shrank almost instantly.
Results from
new website:

efficiency; On-line activity increased dramatically
and this coincided with a 30% reduction in
phone enquiries.

Reduced costs – HUGE time savings due
to the reduction in phone traffic. Monthly
web expenditures decreased up to 25% because
TLTA could complete content updates on their
own.

Now that the membership directory is on-line,
